Classic Barre

Classic Barre incorporates yoga, pilates, and dance mixed into one.  Using small isolated movements while strengthen those smaller muscles groups.

Time: 5:30-6:30pm

Where: M.Power Yoga Studio, 3600 O'Donnell St. Suite 100

Cost: Drop in $20

Pilates Barre 

Pilates Barre uses the six Principles of Joesph Pilates: control, breath, concentrating, flow, centering, and precision.  These principles are combined with small pulsating movements to lengthen and build lean muscle, along with exercises you would expect on the bar in a traditional barre class

Time: 12:00-1:00pm

Where: M.Power Yoga Studio, 3600 O'Donnell St. Suite 100
